"I have been a NICU nurse for 24 years at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. I have five kids, including twins who were born prematurely at 31 weeks and a son who is autistic, so developmental care has always been important to me. I am also a Mimi to a 19-month-old grandson. I am so proud of how hard the nurses on my unit work to support our families with kangaroo care and other developmental activities. I made this poster presentation [pictured above] for my unit for Kangaroo Care Month."
